All praises are due to Allaah Ta’aala, Master of the Day of Judgment, and may His choicest blessings be upon our Noble Master Nabi Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم.
We hope and make Duaa that this letter finds you in perfect Imaan and good health.
May Allaah Ta’aala preserve this most valuable bounty of Imaan, increase it and grant us the ability to lead a life according to it! Aameen!
Alhamdulillaah, by the grace and mercy of Allaah Ta’aala we have commenced our new Madrasah year. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome back our learners as well as welcoming all learners who have joined our Madrasah this year. May Allaah Ta’aala make this year fruitful and beneficial for all, Aameen.
Parents / Guardians are requested to please take note of the following important details:
1. 2025 Fees
The fees for the year 2025 will be as follows:
Grade R: R330 pm (11 months) or R3630 annually.
Madrasah Grade 1- 10: R560 pm (11 months) or R6160 annually.
Girls Hifz Part Time: R700 pm (11 months) or R7700 annually.
Girls Hifz Full Time: R850 pm (11 months) or R9350 annually.
Boys Hifz: R850 pm (11 months) or R9350 annually.
Revert and Adult classes: R560 pm (11 months) or R6160 annually.

- Please ensure that all cash payments are made directly to Ahmad Bhai in the Admin Ofiice.
- Cash should be enclosed in an envelope with the name and account number of the learner.
- LMJ Account Numbers for new learners will reflect on the first statement that parents will receive via email. Kindly check your spam folder if you fail to receive it in your inbox.
- If you have any queries or difficulties regarding the fees, please do not hesitate to contact the principal on 082 961 7324 so that alternate arrangements can be made.
- Under no circumstances should parents remove their children from the Madrasah due to financial constraints.
- Any parent wishing to sponsor a needy child and earn Thawaab-e-Jaariyah (continuous reward) should make payment using “LMJ 683”as the reference.
2.Parking
To avoid any form of traffic congestion at our Madrasah parking lot, to ease the flow of traffic and to create a safer environment for our children, the chain system in the middle of the parking lot has been implemented. Parents should please keep the following points in mind:
- No parking on either side of the chain
- Use the parking bays after the chain, towards the left of the masjid (parallel to atlas road), especially those parents who work on a transport system or lift club and pick up more than one learner
- Please ensure that you do not park in such a way that your car obstructs others!
- Take care to not stop the flow of traffic when dropping learners off. This results in traffic being backed up.
- Do not cause a delay in the flow of traffic by waiting for your child who has been delayed for some reason
- If a child has been delayed for some reason and there are cars waiting behind you, please continue with the flow of traffic and park at a suitable place which will not obstruct others
- Please do not use the garage entrance as an exit! It is an entrance only!
- Parents who park against the wall are requested to reverse park to ease movement of traffic when leaving.
- Please be considerate towards residents on Greendale Road when driving to and from the Madrasah. Speeding on Greendale Road has become a problem causing the resident’s inconvenience.
Inshaa Allaah, if we all co-operate with traffic marshals and take others into consideration, we will not experience any problems!
